Thirty-three trucks, totaling 753 tons of potatoes intended for chip processing, arrived at Ibrahim Khalil International Entry. Following the revelation by staff from the agriculture laboratory and subsequent examination, it was discovered that the potatoes were affected by agricultural pests. Consequently, a decision was made to destroy the entire load on May 9, 12, and 13, 2019, in the presence of customs, agriculture laboratory, and security representatives.
